Write to us, and we will write back
Thailand Kids is a small team working between northern Thailand and the United States. There is no call centre and no contact form — email reaches a person, which is slower than a chatbot and considerably more use.
Four addresses, one small team
Pick whichever fits. If none of them do, use the first — it is read by the same people.
General questions
Anything about the ministry, the children's churches, the training centers, or a gift you have already made.
[email protected]The catch-all address reaches us too, so a guess at the right mailbox still arrives.
Churches and partner organisations
Planting a church, becoming a Church Family Partner, running the Thailand Kids platform with your own material, or bringing a team.
[email protected]Background first: Plant a Church and Partners.
A safeguarding concern
Something you saw on this site, in printed material, or anywhere online that should not be there. Say what you saw and where.
[email protected]You do not need to be certain, and you do not need to give your name. What happens next.
A problem with a payment or receipt
Tell us and we will help you chase it — but payments themselves are processed by the Foursquare Foundation, not by Thailand Kids, so their support team holds the records.
[email protected]We never see or store card details, which is also why we cannot look up a card for you.
What to expect from us
Four things worth knowing, so nothing about the reply is a surprise.
The field team is many hours ahead of North America and spends its weeks in villages rather than at a desk. A question that needs an answer from Thailand takes longer than one that does not.
Mail to @thailandkids.org is forwarded to a single shared mailbox, so answers currently go out from the address behind it. That is us — not an impersonation. Migrating to proper @thailandkids.org sending is on the list.
Never send card details, to us or to anyone claiming to be us. Giving happens only on the Foursquare Foundation's own platform, reached from the buttons on this site.
Anything connected to it is pulled while it is looked at, before any conclusion is reached. You will hear the outcome if you left a way to reach you.
Most questions have already been asked.
What a gift pays for, when the first letter arrives, why we will not name a village, how to stop — all answered, at length, on the sponsorship FAQ. If yours is not there, write to us.
